This is because iBooking BoxOffice will securely accept customer credit card details and store these encrypted in your private back office area until you need to use them. You can then process the sales offline before sending a final acknowledgement. You can set the system to add an additional fee to cover postage [if you decide to mail tickets to your customer. Alternatively, you can switch this off and tell your customers that tickets can be collected at the box office.
